Carroll Board of Adjustment
Meeting Minutes February 9, 2012
“These minutes of The Town of Carroll Board of Adjustment have been recorded by its Secretary. Though believed to be accurate and correct they are subject to additions, deletions, and corrections by The Board of Adjustment at its next meeting when the Board votes its final approval of the minutes. They are being made available at this time to conform to the requirements of New Hampshire RSA 91-A:2”
Members of the Board present: Leslie Bergum, Paul Bussiere, Joan Karpf
Members of the Public present: None
Minutes taken by Rena Vecchio, Secretary
Meeting called to order at 7:00.
Pledge of Allegiance
Chairperson Joan Karpf called the meeting to order at 7:00. She asked if everyone had the time to look over the minutes of January 3, 2012. Paul and Leslie were fine with the minutes. Joan asked for 2 additions:
• Page 2, 1st paragraph, last line to read: Jeanne said that was fine.
• Page 2, 4th paragraph, next to last line: Joan asked if Jeanne knew if Route 3 was to be widened, would she still be happy with the Variance. She said yes.
Joan made a motion to: accept the minutes as corrected. Paul Bussiere seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The next 2.5 hours were to go over the procedures and policy. No minutes were taken as the Chair said it was a workshop.
Paul Bussiere made a motion to: adjourn the meeting. Leslie Bergum seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The meeting ended at 9:45.
