The meeting was called to order at 7:00.
Joan Karpf made a motion to: accept the minutes of Octob
er 1, 2014, with one correction:
• Page two, sentence “Joan asked the Chamber…” to “Michael asked the Chamber..”
Bonnie Moroney seconded and the motion passed with 3 ayes. Jack Catalano and Rena Vecchio abstained as they were not at the October 1st meeting.
Joan Karpf made a motion to: accept the minutes of November 5, 2014, as written. Bonnie Moroney seconeded and the motion passed with 3 ayes. Jack Catalano and Rena Vecchio abstained as neither were at the October 15th metting.

First on the agenda was MaryClare Quigley for the Administrative Budget (all genera, executive, administrative, insurance, welfare and financial). The budget listed:
• Selectman’s salaries remain the same $ 1800 $ 1800
• Executive budget increases from $ 93,904 to $ 96,166
• Legal Expense increase $ 12000 to $ 15000
• Personnel Administrative increase $253,732 to $264,511
• Insurance increase $ 49,940 to $ 51000
• Public Assistance $ 20,000 to $ 25,000
Becki Pederson gave the Town Clerk/Tax Collectors Budget:
• Overall budget up $59,286.75 to $60,999.00

Scott Sonia presented the Water Department Budget:
• Decrease in budget $144,325.99 to $140,246.00
Greg Hogan presented:
• Decrease in Highway Department $105,455.00 to $ 93,187.00
• Decrease in Government Buildings $112,460.72 to $112,323.59
• Increase in Transfer Station $ 58,839.78 to $ 87, 101.00
Please be aware that these budgets reflect more than an increase or decrease. There are reasons why line items go up or down. The minutes in the Town Hall will include the entire budgets, line for line, for each of the departments. Also check the video’s in the Library and go to the budget hearing and Deliberative sessions.

Bonnie Moroney made a motion to: adjourn the meeting. Rena Vecchio seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The meeting ended at 9:30.
