Pledge of Allegiance

The meeting was called to order at 7:00.
November 5th. If so did anyone have anything to add or correct. There being none, Bonnie Moroney made a motion to: accept the minutes of October 29, 2014 and November 5, 2014 as written. Rob Gauthier seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Tonight the board was to go over the budgets. They were as follows:
1. ELECTION AND REGISTRATION
Joan Karpf made a lotion to: accept the Election and Registration budget. Rob Gauthier seconded and the motion passed unanimously with 5 ayes.
2. POLICE DEPARTMENT
Rob Gauthier made a motion to: accept the Police Department budget. Bonnie Moroney seconded and the motion passed with 4 ayes. Joan Karpf abstained.
3. LIBRARY
Rob Gauthier made a motion to: accept the Library budget. Joan Karpf seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
4. PLANNING BOARD
Joan Karpf made a motion to: accept the Planning Board budget. Rob Gauthier seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
5. TREASURER
Joan Karpf made a motion to: accept the Treasurer�s budget. Rob Gauthier seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
6. ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Rob Gauthier made a motion to: raise line item # 626 from $100.00 to $200.00. Joan Karpf seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Rob Gauthier made a motion to: accept the Zoning Board of Adjustment amended budget. Joan Karpf seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
7. CONSERVATION
Bonnie Moroney made a motion to: accept the Conservation budget. Rena Vecchio seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
8. PUBLIC ASSISTANCE
Bonnie Moroney made a motion to: accept the Public Assistance budget. Joan Karpf seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
9. BUDGET
Joan Karpf made a motion to: accept the Budget Committee�s budget. Rena Vecchio seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
10. PARK AND RECREATION
Rob Gauthier made a motion to: raise line item # 200 from $300.00 to $400.00. Rena Vecchio seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
Rob Gauthier made a motion to: accept the budget of Park and Recreation amended budget. Joan Karpf seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
11. CULTURE (CHAMBER OF COMMERCE)
Joan Karpf made a motion to: accept the Culture budget. Rena Vecchio seconded and the motion passed with 3 ayes. Michael Hogan and Rob Gauthier abstained.
12. Emergency Management
Rena Vecchio made a motion to: leave in/put in $1.00 in the Asst. Director Salary. Bob Gauthier seconded and the motion passed with 4 ayes. Joan Karpf voted no.
Rena Vecchio made a motion to accept the Emergency Management budget of $2002.00. Bonnie Moroney seconded and the motion passed with 3 ayes. Joan Karpf abstained and Rob Gauthier voted no.
13. TRUSTEE
Rob Gauthier made a motion to: accept the Trustee budget. Bonnie Moroney seconded and the motion passed with 4 ayes. Joan Karpf voted no.
14. PATRIOTIC
Bonnie Moroney made a motion to: accept the Patriotic budget. Rob Gauthier seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
15. PROPERT INSPECTIONS
Rob Gauthier made a motion to: accept the Property Inspections budget. Rena Vecchio seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
16. CEMETERIES
Rob Gauthier made a motion to: accept the Cemeteries budget. Joan Karpf seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
17. SOLID WASTE
Rob Gauthier made a motion to: accept the Solid Waste budget. Bonnie Moroney seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
18. TOWN CLERK
Bonnie Moroney made a motion to: accept the Town Clerk budget. Rob Gauthier seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
Chair Michael Hogan said that was enough for tonight�s meeting. The next meeting would be on December 3, 2014.
Joan Karpf handed out an article from the New Hampshire Town and City, March 2010, New Rules for
Fund Balance: What GSB 54 Means to New Hampshire.
Joan Karpf made a motion to: adjourn. Rob Gauthier seconded and the motion passed with 5 ayes.
